Bullpen
A crypto trading app with a Polymarket desk, copy trading and a CLI that AI agents drive.

What it is
A crypto trading app that added Polymarket, and then built most of its newer features around it. Bullpen's own description is a non-custodial terminal for prediction markets and on-chain trading: one account that trades Polymarket, Hyperliquid perpetuals and spot, and any Solana token through Jupiter, with separate balances for each and a transfer screen that bridges between them. This card is about the Polymarket half. The perpetuals and memecoin half is a crypto product and is described here only where it touches the other.
The prediction side of the web app is a Predict tab: trending, breaking, whales, sports, esports, crypto, weather and mentions lanes, a category bar that follows the news (on 30 September 2026 it ran from Fed and MLB playoffs to the Strait of Hormuz and daily temperatures), and a market page with every outcome's Yes and No price, a chart from 5 minutes to all time, positions, traders and Polymarket's comment thread. Listings print each outcome's price twice — as a probability and as a payout multiple, 66% beside 1.53x.
Around that sit the features the docs file under smart money:
- Discovery — Polymarket wallets ranked by P&L, win rate and consistency, and a live trade feed filterable by the trader's P&L, volume and trade size.
- Convergence signals — a flag when several tracked wallets take the same side of one market.
- Alerts — notifications when a tracked wallet trades above a threshold you set.
- Copy trading — mirror a wallet's buys and sells, sized as a fixed amount or a share of your balance, with a 5 USD minimum per trade, a price band defaulting to 5 to 95 cents, a slippage limit, and a choice to auto-sell, be alerted, or manage exits yourself.
Web orders on Polymarket are good-till-cancelled, fill-or-kill or good-till-date limit orders; market orders are marketable limits. There is no native mobile app — the docs say the web app is meant to be added to a phone's home screen.
The Bullpen CLI is the second product under the same account: a closed-source binary for macOS,
Linux and Windows under WSL2, installed from Homebrew, npm or a shell script, with more than 100
commands. The npm package is @bullpenfi/cli. The bare bullpen-cli on npm is unrelated: a 2022
package by another author, at a higher version number (1.0.6), for browsing posts on the MLBPark
forum. For Polymarket it covers discovery and search, bid, ask and spread, price history,
holders, comments, market and limit orders with post-only and fill-and-kill options, cancels,
redeems, positions, P&L, wallet tracking and the smart-money feeds, and every read command takes
--output json. It also runs as a full-screen terminal interface and as a REPL.
Availability
Bullpen's own terms restrict nobody but sanctioned countries. The Terms of Service — last revised 19 April 2024 — bar residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria and other embargoed territories and anyone on a sanctions list, require the age of majority, and name no other country.
The venue is the constraint, and it sets the flags above. Every prediction order goes to
Polymarket's international order book, which does not serve US persons, and a
front end's terms do not change the venue's — so us_persons is false and the jurisdictions are
that venue's reach, not Bullpen's. The CLI makes this visible in a way the web app's documentation does not: it has a
command that asks Polymarket whether the current network path is geoblocked, and error handling for
an account Polymarket has put in close-only mode, where new buy orders are refused. Whether the web
app blocks a US user before the order reaches Polymarket, we did not test. A US reader who wants a
regulated venue is looking for Polymarket US or Kalshi,
and Bullpen routes to neither.
There is no identity check to sign up — a wallet, X, Google or an email address. Card, bank and Apple Pay deposits go through a third-party on-ramp, fun.xyz, whose own checks the docs do not describe. The terms choose New York law and arbitration in New York.
Pricing
No Bullpen fee is published for Polymarket. The fee FAQ is laid out by venue: a volume-tiered charge on Hyperliquid perpetuals of 4.5 basis points taker and 3.5 maker at the entry tier, on top of Hyperliquid's own; nothing on Hyperliquid spot buys and 10 basis points on spot sells; route dependent on Solana swaps. Under "Polymarket Pro fees" it links to a page that describes only Polymarket's schedule — the taker fee as a coefficient times shares times price times one-minus-price, nothing for makers, nothing on geopolitical markets, nothing to deposit, withdraw or redeem.
The fee fields on this card are null on that statement, the same way a vendor's "zero fees" is
read elsewhere in this catalogue — not because we watched a fill go through without a spread. Two
things sit beside it. The Terms of Service say fees may be charged for some functionality, may
change at any time without notice, and that rates shown in the app are calculated with fees
applied. And the referral program pays 40%, 9% and 3% of "trading fees" across three levels of
referrals and gives every referred user 10% off; on Polymarket, where no Bullpen fee is listed,
what that percentage is a percentage of is not said.
Bullpen's copy of Polymarket's table does not match the venue's. It lists crypto at a 0.072 coefficient; the schedule recorded on our Polymarket card has crypto at 0.07. Read Polymarket's own fee page for the number that applies to your fill.
Redemptions of resolved positions are gasless, per the CLI docs.
Markets & resolution
Every question and price is Polymarket's, and resolution is Polymarket's: the UMA optimistic oracle, with a proposal, a challenge window, and a vote of UMA token holders if the proposal is disputed. The docs list oracle risk and the time a resolution can take among the risks of the product, which is accurate. Sports markets follow Polymarket's rule that resting orders are cancelled at the official start time.
The collateral in the docs is out of date. Bullpen's prediction-market pages still say USDC.e on Polygon throughout, down to the token contract. Polymarket's own collateral is pUSD, per its card here. Fund the account from the app's deposit screen rather than from the contract address in the docs.
Integrations
Wallets are Turnkey embedded wallets created at signup, with private-key export from the portfolio page and import by private key or seed phrase. An external wallet — Phantom, MetaMask or anything WalletConnect-compatible — can be linked for recovery and sign-in, but the docs are explicit that a linked wallet does not trade: all trading happens from the embedded one. The vendor says it cannot access, freeze or move funds.
Copy trades are signed by Bullpen's server. The CLI's own error text says so: a manual trade is signed locally, and "copy-trade is server-signed". That is how copying works while your laptop is off, and it is the thing to understand about the custody claim — the key is exportable and yours, and while a copy is active, Bullpen's infrastructure places orders from it.
AI agent skills. bullpen skill install teaches Claude Code and Codex CLI the CLI's commands,
and the docs' own examples include "Buy $10 of Yes", "Cancel all my open orders" and filling a
March Madness bracket. The assistant acts through your authenticated session, and a trade command
run with --yes skips the confirmation prompt. --preview shows what an order would do without
sending it. There is no MCP server; the skills drive the CLI.
The CLI's releases are published on GitHub as binaries only — v0.1.118 on 10 September 2026 — and
the npm package, whose manifest says MIT, is a wrapper that downloads that binary and was last
updated to 0.1.116 on 24 July 2026. No source is published, which is why open_source is false
whatever the npm page says. The only documented HTTP API, the Wallet Status API, answers whether a
Solana wallet is a Bullpen member eligible for a token campaign; it is not a trading API.
Limitations
The contract predates the product. The Terms of Service are dated April 2024 and describe a Solana swap function, a Bullpen bot and Turnkey sub-accounts. They do not mention Polymarket, prediction markets, copy trading, the CLI or AI agents. The marketing page at bullpen.fi/polymarket still says "Join the waitlist" for a feature that is live.
Smart money is ranked on past results. Discovery ranks wallets by past P&L and win rate, convergence signals count how many of them agree, and copy trading places your order after theirs has already moved the book, at whatever price is left inside your slippage limit.
Points and promotions are part of the interface. BULL points for trading activity, weekly quests, VIP tiers with fee rebates and a New York weekend with the team at the top, trading competitions, and on 30 September 2026 a banner reading "Win 0.1% of $ANSEM". A reader who wants a quiet order ticket for Polymarket is not the reader the app was designed for.
No order book on the prediction page we could see without signing in, and none in the CLI beyond best bid, best ask and spread. Depth lives on Polymarket.
Not tested by us. No account was created, no wallet funded, the CLI was not logged in and no order placed. The CLI facts come from its documentation, its release feed and the text inside its published binary; the rest from the docs and the terms as they read on 30 September 2026.
Alternatives
For a Polymarket order ticket without the crypto app around it, Betmoar and Polyrama publish no fee of their own, and Stand adds Hyperliquid outcome markets and charges only on copy trades. Synthesis and PredictParity put Kalshi on the same screen.
For the command line, Polymarket CLI is Polymarket's own, needs no third-party account, reads the full book, and signs with a key you hold - in a plain-text file unless you pass it another way. PMXT is the library version across several venues. For copy trading alone, PolyCop and Kreo do it from Telegram, each with a published fee on every fill.

Background
How this part of the sector works, rather than which product to pick.
- What running a bot does not solve — A bot fixes speed and consistency. Rate limits, a missing rehearsal, a field that stops arriving, a partial fill and a paused market are not coding problems.
- Why your bot gets throttled, and what the limit is counted against — Kalshi meters tokens per account tier; Polymarket's order book meters requests per IP and queues the excess. What each counts, and what the libraries assume.
- Where your key lives when software trades for you — Four different credentials are all called a key, and they differ in what a copy permits. What the clients in this catalogue ask for, and what to ask them back.
Also worth comparing
- Betmoar — A Polymarket terminal and Discord bot, with a dashboard for UMA disputes nobody else has.
- Polycool — Phone-sized Polymarket client with copy trading, parlays and a fee of its own.
- Stand — A Polymarket and Hyperliquid outcome-market terminal built around copy and counter trades.
- Kairos — One order book across Kalshi, Polymarket and Predict.fun, with a fee on every taker fill.
- Parity (PredictParity) — One trading screen over Polymarket, Kalshi and Polymarket US, with wallet tracking.
- Polymarket CLI — Polymarket's Rust command line - MIT in the manifest, with no LICENSE file in the repo.
FAQ
Which Bullpen is this?
Bullpen Labs, Inc., the New York company behind bullpen.fi and app.bullpen.fi - a non-custodial app that trades Polymarket, Hyperliquid perpetuals and Solana tokens from one account, and the Bullpen CLI. Its docs name Ansem as a co-founder. It is not a venue and lists no markets of its own.
Does Bullpen charge a fee on Polymarket trades?
None is published. The fee FAQ lists Bullpen's own charges for Hyperliquid perps and spot sells, and for Polymarket links only to a page describing Polymarket's taker fee. The Terms of Service, last revised in April 2024, still reserve the right to charge fees that change without notice.
Can I trade Polymarket through Bullpen from the United States?
Bullpen's own terms bar only sanctioned countries. The orders go to Polymarket's international venue, which does not serve US persons, and the Bullpen CLI ships a command that asks Polymarket whether your current network path is geoblocked. What the web app does with a US user we did not test.
Can an AI agent trade through Bullpen?
Yes, by design. The CLI installs skills for Claude Code and Codex CLI, after which the assistant runs Bullpen commands - including buys, sells, limit orders and cancel-all - through your logged-in session. A trade command run with the confirmation flag executes without asking.
