Is one of these your product? Tell us what we got wrong and we will fix it. This is free and always will be — corrections from the people who built the thing make the catalogue better, and we would rather have them than be right in public.

Write from an address at the product’s own domain, or from the account the product publishes as. A claim we cannot tie to the product is read as a correction from a stranger, which we still welcome but do not record as yours. We never publish the address.

What claiming changes

The facts get fixed, the card’s date moves, and the card is recorded as confirmed by its vendor, with the date of that confirmation. That is the whole of it. Claiming does not move the card up a listing, does not add a rating, does not remove a limitation we described, and does not put your wording into our description: vendor copy is published in its own labelled block, and the two are never merged. We read everything and reply once the change is live, usually within a week. A correction needs to be checkable — a pricing page, a changelog, a docs page — because the next reader has no reason to take our word for it either. A disagreement about wording rather than about facts we will hear out once, and then the card stays as written.
