## What it is

One screen over two venues. Polyrama pulls Polymarket and Kalshi into a single terminal and
normalises them so a number means the same thing on both: price is always 0–1 and reads as the
implied probability of YES, and 24-hour volume is always US dollars — Polymarket reports dollars
directly, Kalshi reports a contract count, which Polyrama converts by multiplying contracts by
price so the two sort on one scale. That conversion is the kind of detail that decides whether a
cross-venue table is useful or quietly wrong, and it is documented rather than implied.

On top of that sit the things the venues do not offer: leaderboards of the biggest 24-hour winners
and losers, whales by portfolio value and the most profitable wallets all-time; per-wallet
positions, P&L and history; a screener; signals for whale prints, volume spikes, price jolts,
stale liquidity, wash-like trades and basket mispricing; a backtester; thirteen named strategy
templates plus a custom DSL; and copy-trade rules that mirror a wallet you star.

It is an independent tool. The terms state it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by
Polymarket, Kalshi or any exchange, and that it is non-custodial.

## Availability

Polyrama imposes no geography of its own. Its terms require you to be 18 or older, state that
prediction-market trading is restricted or prohibited in many places, and put the whole question
on you: it is your responsibility to determine whether your use and your connected exchange are
lawful where you are, and using a VPN or proxy to get around a venue's geographic or eligibility
controls is a breach of the terms.

So the reading side is open to anyone — no KYC, no account needed to browse the dashboard. The
trading side inherits whatever the venue you connect will allow, including its own view on US
persons, and Polyrama makes no representation that any market is available in your location.

Checked against the terms of service on 19 September 2026; that document is dated 8 June 2026.

## Pricing

Polyrama publishes no price list. There is no pricing page — the path returns 404 — and no plan
comparison anywhere in the docs. The settings reference does describe a Plan panel showing
current tier and quota usage, so the concept of a tier exists inside the product; nothing public
attaches a figure to one.

Everything reachable on 19 September 2026 was free: the dashboard, markets, leaderboards and
trader pages render without signing in, and API tokens are generated from your account with a
default rate limit of 120 requests a minute. Read the `free` above as "nothing is currently
offered for sale", not as a commitment that it will stay that way.

## Markets & resolution

Polyrama resolves nothing. Every market and outcome belongs to Polymarket or Kalshi, and each
venue's own process settles it — which is worth restating because the two are not alike.
Polymarket is on-chain and settles in USDC on Polygon; Kalshi is a US exchange regulated by the
CFTC and settles in cash. A cross-venue screen flattens that difference visually, and it is not
flat.

Coverage follows the venues: crypto, politics, sports, tech, weather, entertainment and business,
with topic shortcuts down to individual subjects. The asymmetry to remember is that wallet-level
analytics only exist for Polymarket, because only Polymarket's positions are on a public chain.
Kalshi contributes market data and nothing about who holds what.

## Integrations

The REST surface is versioned at `/api/v1` and authenticated with an `X-API-Token` header. It
covers both venues under one schema, with live odds, full price-history series, wallet positions,
P&L and leaderboards, and the computed signals. Tokens are scoped — `read`, `write:paper`,
`write:live` (documented as reserved) and `admin` — with a per-token rate limit defaulting to 120
requests a minute. Every page that shows market data subscribes to a WebSocket at `/ws` that
broadcasts once a second, over quotes that themselves refresh every 30 seconds.

The MCP server wraps the same API and is the one part of the product that is open source: npm
package `@polyrama/mcp`, MIT licence, version 1.0.1 published on 18 August 2026, source at
`github.com/Polyrama/mcp`. It exposes ten tools — market search and detail, trader leaderboards
and lookups, a wallet refresh, recent signals, dashboard state and bot listing, a backtest runner,
and `place_paper_order`. It runs on the same API token, so the scopes above bound what an agent
can do.

## Limitations

**Two market counts that do not agree.** The home page advertises 40M+ markets tracked; the docs
glossary defines the TRACKED figure on the markets page as active plus closed and archived markets
ingested into the database, "currently ~7,000 and growing". Both cannot be describing the same
thing. Nothing tells a reader which number belongs to the screen in front of them.

**Live trading stores your exchange credential.** Connecting a Polymarket wallet signs a one-shot
EIP-712 message that yields the L2 API credential trio the order book issues, and Polyrama
encrypts and stores that server-side so strategies can sign orders automatically. It never asks
for a private key or seed phrase, which is the right design, but a server-side credential that can
place orders is still a server-side credential that can place orders.

**Copy trading mirrors a stranger.** Polyrama's own terms say the copied wallet is an unrelated
third party it does not vet, endorse or control, that past performance of any wallet says nothing
about the future, and that it does not promise any cap or safeguard will prevent loss. Per-wallet
caps, size scaling, a fade mode and paper-only mode exist; setting them is entirely on you.

**Backtests are hypothetical and the vendor says so.** The terms describe simulated results as
relying on optimistic fill models that do not reflect real execution, fees, slippage or market
impact.

**Kalshi is half-covered.** Read-only orders, no wallet analytics, and live order placement listed
as planned rather than shipped.

**No published price.** A product with a tier and a quota inside it and no price list outside it
is a product whose cost you will learn later.

## Alternatives

[Polymarket Analytics](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/polymarket-analytics) and
[Predicts.guru](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/predicts-guru) go deeper on Polymarket wallets and do not trade at all,
which is the right trade if you want a reader rather than an execution path.

## FAQ

### Does Polyrama place real orders, or is it read-only?

Both, depending on what you connect. Reading needs nothing. To place real orders on Polymarket you link a wallet and Polyrama stores the L2 API credentials that Polymarket's order book issues, so strategies can sign orders on your behalf. Kalshi is read-only for now; the docs call live Kalshi orders a planned addition.

### Is the Polyrama MCP server open source?

The MCP server is. It is published as the npm package @polyrama/mcp under an MIT licence, with the source at github.com/Polyrama/mcp, version 1.0.1 released on 18 August 2026. The terminal and the API behind it are not open source, and the MCP server needs a Polyrama API token to be useful.

### Can an AI agent trade through the Polyrama MCP server?

Not with real money. Of the ten tools it exposes, the only write tool is place_paper_order, and the API's write:live scope is documented as reserved for future live trading. An agent can search markets, read odds and traders, read signals and run backtests.

## Background

- [Why the same contract costs two different prices on two venues](https://predictionmarkets.tools/guides/why-the-same-contract-costs-two-prices.md) — Two venues quoting one outcome are quoting two contracts. What the gap between the prices is made of - rules, fallbacks, fees, collateral, exits, eligibility.
- [What running a bot does not solve](https://predictionmarkets.tools/guides/what-a-bot-cannot-fix.md) — A bot fixes speed and consistency. Rate limits, a missing rehearsal, a field that stops arriving, a partial fill and a paused market are not coding problems.

- [What wallet tracking shows, and what it cannot](https://predictionmarkets.tools/guides/what-wallet-tracking-shows.md) — A Polymarket fill is a public transaction and a regulated exchange position is not, so wallet analytics exist on one venue and not the other.
