## What it is

A phone client for [Polymarket](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/polymarket) that wraps three things around the venue's order
book — copying other wallets automatically, multi-leg sports tickets, and a feed of what large
addresses are doing — and charges its own percentage on every fill for the privilege.

It ships in more shapes than most products this size. There is an iOS app, an Android app, a
Telegram mini app that the documentation is careful to distinguish from a plain bot, a web
application and, per the terms, browser extensions. The documentation's own one-line description
leads with copy trading and parlays rather than with trading generally, which is the honest ordering.

The mechanics are documented in reasonable detail, which is rarer here than it should be. Copy
trading takes unlimited leaders, each with a percentage slice of a copy budget, a copy mode that is
either proportional to the leader's own portfolio weight or a fixed USDC amount, a slippage guard
that skips the copy if the price has moved 1 to 10 cents above the leader's entry, a minimum leader
trade size, and an entry-price band. Execution latency is attributed to Dome, a third-party
execution layer, by name.

Parlays are a separate tab and a different product: at least three legs, a stake between 1 and 50
USD, a combined multiplier, and a payout capped at 500 USD. An "AI Smart Parlays" button will pick
the legs for you at 3, 5 or 10 of them, the last described in the vendor's own documentation as a
moonshot with a 100 to 500 times multiplier.

Funding is crypto only at the moment. USDC or a native asset from Polygon, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base
or Solana, roughly five dollars minimum, bridged to USDC.e on Polygon; card funding through MoonPay
is documented as temporarily disabled.

## Availability

**Polycool's own terms bar almost nobody; Polymarket's do the work.** The eligibility clause
requires you to be 18, not a sanctioned person and not in a comprehensively sanctioned territory —
and then requires that you meet every geographic and eligibility requirement Polymarket imposes,
and prohibits using a VPN or anything else to conceal your location, "whether ours or those of any
third-party platform".

Since the app routes to Polymarket's on-chain order book on Polygon rather than to the CFTC-regulated
US venue, that inherited restriction is the binding one, and it excludes the United States, the
United Kingdom and most of western Europe. The jurisdictions above are the venue's reach, not
Polycool's marketing footprint. A US reader wanting this shape of product on a venue that will serve
them should read [Polymarket US](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/polymarket-us) instead.

**There is no identity check at the app.** A self-custodial wallet is created through Privy on first
run, no seed phrase is shown, Privy handles recovery, and the private key can be exported from
settings. Nothing asks for a document. The App Store listing carries an 18-plus age rating.

**The affiliation claim and the terms do not match.** The public FAQ describes Polycool as a
Certified Polymarket Partner built on Polymarket's infrastructure. Section 2 of the Terms of Service
says the opposite in bold — not Polymarket, not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected
to it. Both are the vendor's own pages, published on the same domain, and only one of them is a
contract.

Terms of Service read on 20 September 2026; the document carries a last-updated date of 24 July 2026.

## Pricing

**The app is free and the trading is not, and the second number is the one that matters.** Polycool
takes a percentage of every successful trade — copied, manual or parlay — that is entirely separate
from and on top of whatever the venue charges. The published ladder runs on lifetime volume traded
through Polycool, counted for life:

- Shrimp, under 1,000 USD — 1.00%
- Sardine, 1,000 to 5,000 — 0.95%
- Octopus, 5,000 to 20,000 — 0.85%
- Dolphin, 20,000 to 50,000 — 0.75%
- Shark, 50,000 to 100,000 — 0.65%
- Whale, above 100,000 — 0.50%

Under that sits a floor of 0.03 USD per execution, before the referral discount, which makes small
copies proportionally much more expensive than the headline rate: on a two-dollar copy the floor is
1.5%, not 1%. **Trades placed in the iOS app are charged differently** — 1.75% on the taker side and
1.50% on the maker side, quoted in the fee documentation without an explanation, and not on the
ladder. A referral code takes 10% off everything including the floor.

**What the percentage is a percentage of is not stated anywhere.** The fee page says "a fee on each
successful trade" and the ladder is denominated in dollars of lifetime volume; neither document says
whether the base is the cash the fill costs or the face value of the contracts bought. At a price of
50 cents those two readings differ by a factor of two — 1% of a 50-cent fill is half a cent, which
is 0.5% of the dollar that contract pays out, while 1% of the payout would be a full cent. The
parlay flow is the one place the base is visible, and there the estimated fee is shown against a
stake. The ladder is denominated in dollars of lifetime volume traded and the three-cent floor only makes sense against cash, so **the fee fields above take the stake reading** and show 0.5% at the entry tier rather than 1%. If a placed trade ever shows the other base, they double. We have not placed one.

Everything else is free: the leaderboards, the wallet tracking, the smart feed, the alerts, the
insider feed, the news feed and auto-redeem. There is no subscription at any tier.

Fee documentation and volume ladder read on 20 September 2026.

## Markets & resolution

Nothing is listed or resolved here. Every market is Polymarket's, settled in USDC on Polygon and
resolved through the UMA optimistic oracle, and Polycool's own terms are explicit that it does not
create, operate, resolve or manage any market and cannot influence an outcome. Roughly 30,000
markets are claimed across sports, politics, crypto, culture and finance.

One resolution-adjacent feature is Polycool's and not the venue's: auto-redeem, which claims
resolved positions without you returning to the app. And one is a different animal entirely —
a parlay ticket is a single position whose outcome depends on every leg, so it does not resolve
when a market resolves; it resolves when the last leg does. If a fixture starts before the ticket
is submitted, the documentation says that leg may simply be removed at submission.

## Integrations

Privy for wallet creation and recovery, Polymarket's official cross-chain bridge for deposits and
its relayer for gasless trading, and Dome — named on the vendor's copy-trading page — for execution
latency. Alerts are delivered over Telegram.

There is no public API, no SDK, no MCP server, no webhook and no export. The documentation site is
a reader's manual for the app, not a developer reference, and the only programmatic surface is the
Telegram bot, which is another client rather than an interface.

## Limitations

**A second fee layer is the whole trade-off.** Everything this app does can be done on the venue's
own site for the venue's own fee. What you are paying the ladder for is the phone, the copy engine
and the feed, and on a small account the three-cent floor makes that a large percentage.

**Copy trading is explicitly unsupervised.** The terms say the traders you follow are not vetted,
endorsed or supervised, that your executions may differ materially from theirs on timing, price,
liquidity and sizing, and that orders already submitted cannot be recalled. A leaderboard rank is
an address with a record on one venue, not a person with a skill, and Polycool's marketing goes
further than its documentation on what those records predict.

**The AI parlay picker is the tool choosing positions for you**, which is further into recommending
a trade than anything else in this catalogue. The vendor's own documentation says the picks are
suggestions and to review the legs before placing, and describes the ten-leg option as a moonshot.
Read that flag above as what it says.

**Two of the vendor's own pages disagree about whether it is a Polymarket partner**, which is
covered in Availability and repeated here because it is the kind of claim a reader makes a trust
decision on.

**No published API and no export** means the wallet tracking, the alert history and the copy
configuration live only inside the app. There is nothing to re-point if the product changes shape.

**Card funding is off.** MoonPay card and Apple Pay funding is documented as temporarily disabled,
so the entry path is a crypto deposit of about five dollars minimum from one of five chains, which
is a materially harder first step than the app's sixty-second pitch implies.

Liveness, for once, is not in doubt: the iOS build is version 1.3.0, released 23 July 2026, and the
Android listing was updated on 28 July 2026.

## Alternatives

On the same venue and the same job, [PolyWallet](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/polywallet) and [OrcaLayer](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/orcalayer)
do the wallet-watching half without taking a cut of your fills, because they do not route them.
[Polyrama](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/polyrama) is the browsing-and-analytics version.

If the appeal is copying an address rather than the phone, [Convexly](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/convexly) publishes its
method for reading a wallet's record before you follow it, and the code route —
[py-clob-client](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/py-clob-client) or [PMXT](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/pmxt) — pays the venue's fee and nobody
else's, at the cost of writing the client yourself.

For a US reader none of this applies: [Polymarket US](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/polymarket-us) and
[Kalshi](https://predictionmarkets.tools/tools/kalshi) are the venues that will open an account, and both have their own apps.

## FAQ

### What does Polycool actually cost to trade through?

A percentage of every fill, on top of whatever Polymarket charges. The published ladder starts at 1.00% and falls to 0.50% on lifetime volume above 100,000 USD, with a floor of three cents per execution, and the iOS build is charged at 1.75% taker and 1.50% maker rather than the ladder rate.

### Does Polycool hold my money?

No. A self-custodial wallet is created for you through Privy, the private key can be exported from the app's settings, and the terms state the company never has custody and cannot move, recover or reverse anything. Deposits are bridged to USDC.e on Polygon through Polymarket's own cross-chain bridge.

### Is Polycool affiliated with Polymarket?

Its own two documents disagree. The site's FAQ calls Polycool a Certified Polymarket Partner; the Terms of Service, last updated 24 July 2026, say in bold that the company is not Polymarket and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to it. The terms are the document that binds you.

### Can a US person use it?

Polycool imposes no US bar of its own, but it requires you to meet Polymarket's geographic requirements and prohibits using a VPN to get around them - and the Polymarket venue it routes to blocks the United States outright. So the answer arrives from the venue, not from the app.

## Background

- [Where your key lives when software trades for you](https://predictionmarkets.tools/guides/where-your-key-lives.md) — Four different credentials are all called a key, and they differ in what a copy permits. What the clients in this catalogue ask for, and what to ask them back.
